Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you call, text, email, apply for a home or book a meeting, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details of your request. Applications, payments and maintenance requests are handled in our property management portal, which has its own privacy terms.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, show homes, process applications, manage your lease, respond to maintenance requests, and send you messages you have agreed to receive.

Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, with the owner of the property you live in or apply to, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by emailing info@lagrangepointmanagement.com. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
